Using motion and location sensors in your phone, DriveShield™ will monitor driving habits such as acceleration, speed, and braking, and give you a 0-100 rating based on how safe you are relative to other drivers on the road.

You can enroll in the app or on our website. Yes, you can opt out at any time.

How does DriveShield work if I am a passenger in a car or taking public transport?

DriveShield™ can detect whether you are driving or a passenger in a vehicle. You should only receive a score for trips taken as a driver, but if you receive a score for a trip in which you were a passenger you can mark it as such in the app. This will help detect passenger trips more accurately in the future.
